The Spa Ritual

Bring the ceremony to your spa treatments.

The Spa Ritual is an especially helpful way to fully embrace life’s changes. Marriage, childbirth, birthdays, New Year, season change, energy clearing, graduation, separation, and career change, are all important times in our lives and having a way to honor them, I believe is the key to fully stepping into them. I use the same “track”, “clear”, and “restore", guide that I use in my Energy Work. These show up as cues incorporated into your Spa treatment. For example, the Body Polish is used as a metaphor for “clearing” the heavy energy of the life change and the warm Mud Wrap is used as a metaphor for "nourishing" or "restoring". You can also personalize the Spa Ritual by choosing your favorite Add-Ons.
