My Approach to deep tissue
If we can relax, we can release. Slow, deep work helps the body and mind relax, making it easier to remove muscle tension. When we go slow, with deeper pressure and the use of Lomi Lomi's forearm and elbow work, it often isn’t felt as a painful experience. I also utilize trigger points, stretching if needed, relaxing aromatherapy, and hot towel placement. Combine the Hot Stones Add-On with a pain-relieving Add-On like Tree of Life, for deep relief.

What to expect
Before we begin we’ll go over your intake form and your goals for the Massage. We’ll talk about the techniques being used to help those goals and discuss any Add-Ons you may have. Psst. Try the Add-Ons it makes such a joyful difference. After intake, I’ll leave the room so you can get undressed and on the table as instructed. I will knock on the door before entering, to make sure you’re ready. While the areas of concern are addressed your job is to relax, and also to communicate if you need any adjustments. Once the Massage is over, I will leave the room to allow you time to relax and get dressed. Your Massage will always include, hot towels, aromatherapy, house-made body butter, a heated massage table, relaxing music, and a special Bath Soak Gift Bag to take home.
