The Spa Ritual is an especially helpful way to fully embrace life’s changes. Marriage, childbirth, birthdays, New Year, season change, energy clearing, graduation, separation, career change etc. are all important times in our lives and having a way to honor them, I believe is the key to fully stepping into them. I use the same “track”, “clear”, and “restore", guide that I use in my Energy Work. These show up as cues incorporated into your Spa treatment. For example the Body Polish is used as a metaphor for “clearing” the heavy energy of the life change. The Warm Mud Wraps are used as a metaphor for “restoring” good nourishing energy after the removal of heavy energy. This is done in alignment with your intentions and goals, which is a metaphor for “tracking” or “naming” the life change. With this Spa Ritual, you’ll be able to fully immerse yourself into the experience, honoring your transition in a grounded and restorative way.

What to expect?
Before the treatment, you’ll be instructed on draping with modesty coverings. Your session begins with gentle exfoliation with activated charcoal gloves. Your chosen service is painted/massaged into the skin and manually massaged into your scalp. For the Body Wrap, you're wrapped in a thermal heat retaining body wrap, clear stretch film and warm blankets. For the Body Polish, you’re draped with linens. While the treatment works its magic, you’ll enjoy a neck and shoulder massage and be left alone to relax in solitude. Treatments are removed with hot towels and rejuvenating spa shower follows. These services are paired with a special hot drink. The Body Wrap and Body Polish includes a moisturizing massage.
